I am in dire need of a new eye cream, I have lines and dark circles due to genetics; also very dry so I am looking for a moisturizing crème consistency. I have tried so many products and nothing truly corrects them. Next: Philosophy's Hope in a Tube or Benefit's It's Potent? Also I have heard about the Bobbi Brown one? Any opinions?
