If you use a very hydrating moisturizer or some type of oil, I really like tarte maracuja oil, you will be guaranteed to have a dewy finish. Also using a setting spray with aloe Vera, I like Elf's setting spray, will do the trick.

I like illamasqua skin base foundation, but I have combo skin so it might not look as dewy on others :/

Try Mac or Clinique. In India, I love Lakme products. However the loreal super blendable foundation, is amazing. Hope this helped!
