Drugstore: NYX $3 just can't beat the price. You don't have to fight with it to create or fill in brows.
Mid-Price: MAC $15 non sharpened version has a fine point and its a bit harder to work with than the NYX so it forces you work in short strokes. The wear on it is pretty decent.
High-end: Hourglass $30 this puppy is pricey but its unique because not only does it not require sharpening but its cut at an angle so you can draw/fill in with precision. Plus on the other end there is a brush for you lift your natural brows.

I use all three in rotation so together these will last me a year, if not a little longer.
