What is the best quality hair conditioner you can buy? Something you can buy at the store rather than the salon? I have normal to oily hair.

i would reccomend Tresseme. Its supposedly a salon conditioner thats not expensive, they have different types for all types of hair. I use the one for curly hair and the one for anti breakage.
