So in the past I've gotten calgel nails which I really like it lasts for a month the only problem is you have to use the UV light for it. I've been reading articles on how bad it is for your skin It could cause cancer excetera. Does anybody have any ideas to get the same effect but without the light

it's safe. don't believe the articles on the internet cause you'll find actual nail industries listing the safe factors on using such lamps. gel polish needs to cure in the uv lamp this is how it becomes hard. but you can use led if you don't feel safe. it's the wattage of lamps that matter.
