Your hair is gorgeous and very, very healthy looking for the legnth. I would take about 8 inches and add some long layers. Also, have your stylist frame your face with the layers :)

If you are considering really short and slick hair, I would have it cut mid legnth first just to see if you can even get used to that because having such long hair now, it will take you a heck of a long time to get used to it really short, especially if you don't end up liking it - maybe for the length being a lot different from what your used to. I would get it cut mid legnth first because if you can't get used to that them you can always grow it out within a matter of months whereas if you cut it mid legnth and do like it then you know you'll probably be able to manage having even shorter hair. Hope this made sense aha x
And if you do decide to get it done short, discuss with your hairdresser what cut and style would suit you/your face shape. Ps. Your hair now is beautiful!

If it ain't broke, don't fix it! If you really want to change up your look, try a thick, blunt bang.

maybe keep the length but cut it in a V at the back and add layers, your hair looks so heavy and this will make it lighter and easier to style (:
