There are a bunch of anti-frizz sprays out there that are cheap and effective. You could also just spritz your hair with a bit of water and comb it through. That works for some people.

Get yourself an oil/serum. You can use it on dry hair to tame frizz and flyaways, among other things. They're pretty all-purpose. I have mmm....Ojon Restorative Hair Serum and Color Couture Pequi oil. There are definitely drug store items that are similar.
