If you use the Tresseme heat protecting spray, how many squirts do you think you do for all over your head, or do you squirt some for each layer (if you straighten/curl your hair in differnt layers)

I just spray about 5/6 but it depends how thick your hair is just spray enough to cover your hair I wouldn't recommend spraying too much it will make it greasey

i do layer by layer and squirt loads as my hair is quite damaged!I then brush through it all.. the more the better i reckon as it makes your hair quite soft!

i spray on each side of my head and comb through. afterall you dont want your hair soaked when you use a hot tool. it's better not to soak your hair with a lot of product..
