im thinking about purchasing both shampoo & conditioner , but before i buy i would like to know if its worth it ? , & does it really work on heat damaged hair ?

I've used Frieda before and for me it didn't make any difference, it's like a normal shampoo that you can buy for a dollar! I don't think any kind of shampoo or conditioner is realt that good! When i feel like my hair is damaged, i usualy buy some hair vials from the pharmacy and the work

The only shampoo and conditioner i found good for my damaged hair was the keratase range, its amazing and a little goes a long way! quite pricey but iv tried them all and it this works a treat! i also cover my hair in mayo over night,can be messy but a great mask to get your hair back healthy!good luck
