MAC Fluidline Smudging

So I bought MAC fluidline in Black track. I've read everywhere how this is not supposed to smudge and so you wont end up w/raccoon eyes but its happening to me. Any suggestions on what I can do? Thank you..

Is there anything else on your eyes or just the eyeliner? If you have a primer or some sort of cream make sure to set your lids with powder.
