My eyeliner always droops and by noon i look like a panda..any advice?

Try using a water proof eyeliner and then take a eye shadow thats the same color and line on top of the eyeliner with a very fine brush. Thats what i do and it stays all day. Until i take it off. Ive been doing that for 15+ yrs.

You might need an eye primer. NYX and Urban Decay gave great eye primers.

True- but eye primers are for shadows not lining the eye. Thats too close to the eye itself.

For me, that usually works, however. It depends on the person.

benefit waterproof eyeliner is great and lasts me ages, and I use waterproof mascara on my bottom lashes too. I used to have the same problem especially when my eyes water all the time too!
