For 100 points, why not? I had a sample of it when I got one of their eyeshadow palettes and I liked it, but it didn't blow me away. Then again I'm not a mascara junkie anyway and have been using the same kind since high school. I think it would be a good way to try it though. You may find its a product you really love

I really like it. It give me what I like to call a "my lashes but better" look-- not very dramatic, but pretty natural looking. I only ever buy mini sizes of more expensive mascaras like this one because I like to use multiple kinds at once, so I think that as a 100 point perk it's really worth it.

Amelia&Courtney: does it clump your lashes into a spider lash effect or is it more like maybelline's and enhances each of your lashes

Erica, I didn't experience any clumping with it. For me, it just enhanced my natural lashes-- added a bit of volume and length without looking like I had mascara on. Everyone's lashes are different, and mascara is one of those things that you've just gotta try to see if it'll work. Personally I don't like any Maybelline mascaras, so if it performed like those I wouldn't like this mascara at all. I agree with Sunshine, it does tend to dry up quicker than some other mascaras because it doesn't have as many, if any, preservatives in it. That's why I buy the mini sizes, so that if it dries up I'm not out $20.

It is a good mascara. I use it to separate my lashes then go in with another mascara.

I use to absolutely hate this mascara the first time I bought it(Ulta had them for $10 one day during their 21 days of beauty sale) and the texture was different than I had previously used but I decided to pick it up once more two years later and I absolutely love it now! Because the texture is a bit different, I'd say give it a week if you don't like it the first time! It separates and makes my lashes fuller!

I have a love hate relationship with this mascara. I get a few tubes for free every so often and I can only wear this layered on top of my beloved Rimmel Lycra mascara. By itself it feels as though my lashes are lifting weights.lol. On top of my Rimmel mascara I can skip my false lashes because they come out looking so full and long that its pointless to wear falsies.

thanks for the tips! so far it's been ok I have yet to feel like my eyelashes are heavy but maybe because I did t wear a lot yet. I did notice it gets clumpy if I layer it a lot ... anyone experience that when it's new?

Sunshine - omg that's dd name!!! You can usually treat dried mascara with a few drops of visine. Swish it around before it turns solid. Works GREAT! I've saved a few that way.

Oh. For mascara that's clumpy- always try on a disposable wand. Sometimes it may be the type of wand doesn't work for you. I like ' natural' (the black nylon) bristles rather than the colored rubber ones that are becoming more popular. I also like curved, you can do a curve in most disposables.

ok thanks! it has yet to start getting clumpy... fingers crossed! I'm mixing it with my Maybelline Mega Plush mascara
