my hair is crazy its straight on top and when I flip it it is curl city I live in la and cannot figure out what to do with it...I've straightened it and the curls just come back and make me look like a poodle dog should I put in a perm to curl the rest or can anyone give me cheap ideas

perms would make you look like a poodle try using a serum when you get out of the shower put in the serum and then go dry it as straight as possible

Flip it? You mean there are curls on the underside of your hair?
I do actually have this problem where my hair is wavy/curly and the top layer is essentially straight. Best thing I can tell you is blow dry it straight using a good serum and use a finishing cream. What you want to do is block out as much humidity as you can, and that means silicone. Lots of it.
