I have used them and there really good :-) however they can make teeth sensitive so I suggest you buy a toothpaste for sensitive teeth , trust me ! I was in bed in pain the first strip I did and then I bought some toothpaste for sensitive teeth and then was fine after that .... I also didnt have sensitive teeth before using the strips, they did that . :-)

I've used used crest pro strips and they do a fabulous job for the price. If you do it too often they will cause sensitivity in your teeth that's the down side.

They definitely work but they also made my teeth so sensitive I couldn't do anything but sip water for almost 24 hours and that's after applying orajel and taking pain meds. I was told by my dentist to use a toothpaste for sensitivity and a fluoride rinse for 30 days before doing it next time.

if you use the professional effects crest whitestrips...OMG you will be amazed at how good they work!! I loveeeeee them!!! :)
