I bite my nails , a lot . and I've tried so much but I just can't seem to stop ! any tips or solutions ? thanks (:

I have the same problem! I tried EVERYTHING! Manicures, nail gels to stop biting, everything. My nails look tideous! Truth is, only you can stop it. There are no solutions, you just gotta say that's it and stop it:/

You just have to convince yourself to stop doing that !! Its the best solution no matter how hard it is :)
