Is it better to apply foundation with your fingers,a sponge or a brush? Also where can i find A good Primer that doesnt cost too much? x

I think it depends on what your foundation is like. For example, I prefer to apply my Make Up For Ever HD foundation with a duo-fibre brush, but my Revlon ColorStay with my fingers.

I personally have been enjoying the Loreal Magic Perfecting Base Primer which I believe was about $13.
