Looking Really Young !

I look really young for my age people always think I'm about seventeen (I'm twenty). I take it as a compliment that I look young but sometimes it can get annoying like when they ask to see my ID to get into a rated R movie ! Or make comments like oh he looks way too old for her referring to my boyfriend who is quite a bit older than me but since I look so young it makes it seem like it's worse than it is. Any advice to what I could do as far as make up or hair to give a mature look ?

Try highlighting and contouring, I've always thought that gives a more "mature" look. Maybe define your eyes a bit with some shadow and liner. :)

I take it as a compliment when I'm carded and they still do a double take. When I was in my early 20's I hated being mistaken as a teenager. Now that I'm 38 I love it. Embrace your youthful appearance. As far as advice to look a little more mature....I would definitely go for contouring the face and making your beautiful eyes the focus (smokey eye). :)
