Clay mineral mask. Use it once a week for a deep cleanse. Also drink a lot of filtered water

If the blackheads are on your nose I would suggest to take a damp warm towel and place it over the nose to open the pores. Then use a biore pore strip. Also, exfoliate at least 2-3 times a week. You can use an anti acne product daily to help combat blackheads too (I personally like benzoyl peroxide).
