Anyone know a Prom dress maker whoes known or knows how to design a beautiful dress !!! ( Any color and style) for prom that it willing to get paid from $ 400 and alittle bit higher.
Requirements:
Knows how to design.
Lives near Pennsylvania , New York or Jeresy or Delaware Area.
Can show me design of work that have previously done

On my phone I only have the bow tie and vest I made my brother for prom. And the vest and tie I made my boyfriend for a special occasion.
