I use water proof liquid eye liner by black radiance, and I like to do cat eyes but the only problem is, is that it gets on the top of my eye lid is there anything I can do to make that not happen.

sounds funny but i get a piece of paper and fan my eyes a bit to help dry faster...i guess a mini fan would work faster too :)

Keep your eyes down for a few minutes to make sure your eye liner has the time to dry. Now if you still do that and throughout the day it still goes on your lid, change of liquid liner. Find one that is waterproof or stays into place better. (Urban Decay one has been my fav for the past 4 years).

I think u must use cake liner for da look u want ..christine cake liner. oker ..that is smudge free ...try it ,I use it .n I hv noo complaint..
