I think it depends on what kind of hair you have. I have coarse dark hair so I started shaving my underarms at 9 but didn't have to start shaving my legs until O was 11/12 thankfully. On the other hand my sister didn't have to shave at all until she was in high school, and even now at 30 she only has to shave like once a month (seriously ticks me off sometimes! I'm an every nighter)

I was 9. I shaved when I was 9 because puberty hit hard for me, plus puberty came early:-\ I got made fun of and people called me sasquatch and ape girl. I convinced my mom to let me.
