I have really bad acne on my back and chest and forehead I've tried neutrogenia in shower acne body washed and I just find that nothing's working. I am so self conscious of my body and so I'm always trying to hide all the acne. Does anyone have anything I could try or things I could do to make it go away or make it better?!?

Forehead, I had bad acne there for awhile, I used proactive something treatment. Sorry I forgot the exact name of it but just moisturizer and put it on before bed, then wash you face in the am! Also was it I the pm... And as for body, I use a 4 hour treatment overnight on the pimples I get. After a few days its gone! Usually happens to me before summer😳

If you have longer hair and wear a lot of tank tops the oil from you hair could be effecting your back and chest so you can wear your hair up more and that should help but other than that i've found clean and clear's body boost shower gel stuff has been pretty helpful for me. The forehead issue i'm struggling with that myself so unfortunately i'm not going to be much help there. I hope this helped a little bit :)

For the forehead acne i use oxy face wash and it works super well and is sold at walgreens for like $6

Depending on which country you're in, I suggest you go to your GP and ask him/her for oxytetracycline. I'm 19 and currently using this. I had really really bad acne on my face as well as my back. Within a week, I saw results :')

I had like the worst of the worst skin and took everything a dermatologist could recommend leading up to accurate which worked very well but the only thing that worked at all other than that was max foam by max clarity

Acne happens when the hair follicle in the skin becomes infected given the nature of the problem and the areas it has appeared you will need to work on the problem starting on the inside first. Vitimin D and Zinc are great for keeping the spots at bay and can help stop breakouts. Externally use TCP for instant results its stings like hell but reduces the spots in three days and has them gone :)
