so I'm going to Ulta tomorrow to buy Maybelline matte powder & I'm trying to pick dream matte mousse or dream smooth mousse so I need help picking & I'm thinking about getting a stippling brush or the E.L.F powder brush

which do you guys recommend?

I LOVE the Elf powder brush. It's great for liquid foundation and I've heard it's great for powder!!
