You can take vitamins that help the growth of nails and hair. But if your like me and do not like taking pills haha I recommend sally hansen Maximum Growth plus. It is a clear polish and it have vitamins A, C, E in it and also soy protein. all 4 helps nail growth. I put two coats and about 2 weeks maybe less your nails will be longer.

yeah sally hansen has good thinges.. i have alot of o.p.i that brand is good too..
