if you have nice nails I would go for shellac, it's so much healthier for your nails!

Tell them what you want and they'll be able to do it for you. I always do a french tip, I change the color of the tip every time. I usually also do a design on my ring finger, they have swatches there at the salon so just pick what you like. :)
