Kat Von D. tattoo concealer is amazing, its around $30-$40, but you don't need a ton of it to cover dark circles, acne, etc. It does work best if you get the primer to go underneath it also. :)

It depends what you want it for! For imperfections and spots Laura mercier camouflage concealer is the best and lasts all day plus each set comes in two colours so you can create your exact shade! Also comes in a range of shades anyway. I suffer with dark circles and so put a bit of foundation under my eye (not a lot or it creases and cakes) then put a primer around my eyes and the use Clinique air brush in neutral fair 4 which is amazing!!! Welcome to flawless skin!! Also if you have bad skin generally and feel you need good coverage you could try a very full coverage foundation such as Estée Lauder double wear but the tube one which covers lots of imperfections cutting down the need to conceal!!!!
