Well, my question is about dark circles. Why can one person only get them when they don't get enough sleep but yet another person (me) can be born with them and have no way to get rid of them?

Genetics determine the consistency of the skin there. We could also ask why we associate the darkening of the skin over the orbit, a sensible genetic trait in bright regions as a defect?? In world art even the gds have this trait as well as women renound for thier exquisite beauty and I have always found it very attractive. Yet it is not appreciated as one would think.

You are very beautiful, while u could use concealer I would not hide who you are but try to incorporate it in your look.

Honestly, I have dark circles too as do my brother and mum. Though I have tried concealors in the past they don't really work so well so Ive given up trying to keep them covered... I do now wear concealors but not as much as I used to.. like Loren has said I've accepted them as part if me.. :)

My little sister and I have the naturally as well. Other people don't notice them as much as you do yourself, but I just use some creamy or liquid concealer on mine, and it works great!
