Waxing is better because then if you shave you will get in grown hairs bumps and you will have to keep on going because the hair gets thicker and thicker when you shave

waxxinnngg! doesn't grow back for weeks whereas with shaving the hairs come back really quick. it hurts the 1st time but as your hairs get thinner and less coarse it hurts less and less :)

Just bleach it if its thin. You shouldn't do your arms unless you have to.
