For repair, use essential oil conditioning treatments like pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair mask once a week and get regular trims to prevent split or damaged ends. You can also massage your scalp once a week with coconut oil, almond oil or argan oil to help stimulate health and growth, and leave in the oil for about 30-50 minutes to let it sink in and work. I think you can leave the oil you're using overnight if your hair is really dry.
