Need help with foundation

My face tends to get oily really fast shortly after putting my foundation on, iv tried cleaning my face before, iv been using a primer but that isn't working as well as I went and the foundation that Iv been using is Fit Me by maybelline any tips..?

I have combo/ oily skin, I recently bought Clean and Clears mattifying moisturizer. I love it, only down side is that it leaves a white film on your face. it'll show more if you add to much to your face. If you don't like that moisturizer always go for a gel based one.
