I've been keeping a picture of myself when I weighed my goal weight as screensaver on my phone...& I have a bigger picture taped to my mirror & the frig. It hurts to see it but it motivates the hell out of me to get back to that size

I've been trying to lose weight for about two years and the past month I just started to stick with it. I set timed reminders on my phone, have several inspirational pictures, and my mom has helped me along the way! Just remember it slow progress is still progress! Good luck girl!
