(Third try!)
New here but loving helping with problems, maybe you can help with mine.
I am super super fair and am having issues finding any foundation or concealer (concealer is the hardest) that is light enough or possibly a white to mix with a too dark one. NARS Siberia is a teensy bit too dark and too yellow.
I am lighter than any regular mac foundation, but cannot get to a Mac Pro store for their white mixer because of accessibility issues.
I'm in thr US and the shops I can get to are Sephora (no Illamasqua which stinks!), Space.NK, drugstores, department stores, and MAYBE ULTA (it's an hour+ away though). I prefer to go to a physical store so I can try a sample since I have sensitive skin. However if an online shop offers samples I'm definitely ok with that!
Anyone have any suggestions for white or VERY FAIR foundation and concealers? Please help! Thank you!! I'm open to any suggestions!

This is a hard one. I think you may end up needing to just order something online (Illamasqua would be my suggestion) and hope for the best. That stinks, but the Internet is gonna have so many more options for you to explore. I know that Manic Panic does foundations too and they have some white/super light shades, perhaps if one of your local stores carries MP they'll have it or they can order it for you. There are some powder foundations that come in super light shades as well, no brands are coming to mind right now but I do remember most of them being smaller indie brands that sell sample sizes so you can see if they work for you. I wanna say Fyrinnae and Meow Cosmetics were on the list of those who offer fair powder shades. Sorry I couldn't be of more help but I hope you can find something that works for you!

I'm with Sarah on the MUFE mat velvet. Their lightest is one of the ones I use. Also NARS sheer glow or sheer matte in siberia is way pale. Even too pale for me and I didn't think that was possible. I have one so I will swatch and post a poc.

I mix Manic Panic Dreamtone in White with NARS Sheer Glow in Siberia. Or Illamasqua 1 (white) with 3.5. The reality is that you're probably just going to have to order online as the extremely pale shades are usually considered "specialty" and many stores won't stock them on shelves if they're not going to sell well. Google search swatches of some of the shades named here and seek out someone with similar coloring to get a better idea of what to order.

Thanks everyone! I was afraid I'd have to order blindly as I've had awful luck with that in the past but I'll try.
With the Illamasqua (and MAC) white, does it only mix with their foundations or can you use it with other brands? I heard there was a formula thing you had to be wary of with them.

You can mix across brands, but you need to be aware of the formulation (i.e water vs silicone vs oil-based formulations); try and mix like with like.

I usually mix Illamasqua Skin Bases 1 and 3.5, though I've also mixed the 1 with my NARS Sheer Glow. The results were okay, but drier than I preferred. I tend to mix my NARS Matte Glow with the Illamasqua and ether Manic Panic Dreamtone or Lancôme Éclat Miracle to keep it sheer and glowy.
