i have used bare mineral products for over 3 years now & i'm so happy with it. it gives my skin the perfect coverage & doesn't feel heavy on my skin. my sister on the other can uses the pressed powder and liquid foundation from mac & she loves it. so both are great. you should give bare minerals a try cause you will love it

I have experience with both and I would suggest Bare Minerals for everyday because it's not harsh on your skin as opposed to MAC whose foundations are known to break people out.

Im tired of always seeing that mac isnt for everyday or its cakey or its too heavy. This is not true! Mac has a wide range of foundations, for all skin types and types of coverage. They all contain different ingredients, and most likely all these who are saying "Mac breaks me out' have only tried 1 foundation from them. I personally prefer mac, because my skin is sensetive and i cannot wear anything from BE because all of their foundations contain bismuth(which is a common ingredient in mineral foundations) and makes me itchy and red. But none is better than the other. Everyones skin is different and just because i love mac doesnt mean you or anyone else will. Just go to counters, try their foundations and see what works best for you.

imo bare minerals. once you get use to it, u can really achieve the same coverage as any liquid foundation.

I use MAC MSFN in Light and looooove it. I've never been able to use BM because their lightest color is far too dark for me.

I heard MAC was really good but I haven't tried it yet. I have bare minerals and I love it!! You can get the starter kit that comes with an amazing bronzer and finishing powder.

The funny thing is, I've had terrible luck with all the liquid MAC foundations: they always cake up and oxidize quite heavily for me, even with post-application blotting. But I love the Studio Finish concealer and the MSFN. Go figure.

bare minerals are really good but i find it depends on what you personally are looking for in a foundation. the bare minerals make up counter assistants are brilliant they will do a demo on you so you can see first hand if it meets your requirements.
