seats up? or try to go to the gym... or make that body twisting thing!^^ .. I haven't done it
before cause im kinda lazy sometimes. anyways, I wanna share you what they've told me.. and oh try to get rid of carbonated drinks such as softdrinks and also beers..,that causes a lot of unwanted fats. I hope it will helps you, chao!^^

I'm currently on the Dukan Diet and lost 4 pounds in the first 2 days.
It's like in 3 stages, the attack, the cruise and the consolidation - the attack you just eat basic foods for about 2 days like cottage cheese or eggs etc... then onto the cruise it's like eating meat and vegetables every day but your not allowed to eat potatoes or sweetcorn, it's pretty simple to be honest.
It's a paid diet, but you could probably get around that by searching peoples blogs on the internet. (I didn't say that) haha but yeah I'm well on my way to losing the 2 stone I'm after, almost lost 7 pounds now in just over a week :)

Any type of cardio should help! The only way to lose fat in a certain area is to lose weight all over. You cannot target losing weight in one area, only toning. I suggest maybe doing 30 minutes of cardio 3-4 times a week and some ab exercises! I had the same exact problem. Also, watch your diet. The gym is only 30% of weight loss, the other 70% is the food you eat (:
