What's your budget? I highly recommend Naked Skin by Urban Decay. Also a good powder for us oily girls is honestly corn starch. Apply it the same way you would a powder and it keeps you matte all day. Naked skin has a light to medium coverage and is perfect in my opinion. You can get it at Sephora or Ulta or Macy's is where I saw it if your Macy's carries Urban Decay.

I liked the powder but I didnt like the foundation mainly cause its undertones didnt match me. Almost any foundation can last all day if you set it well.

naked skin by urban decay and use a primer. i have the exact same problem and love naked skin by urban decay
