Whatever makes you feel better about yourself is all that really matters, just always be careful it can become addicting which can lead to problems and making sure you have a good surgeon always matters. You wanna look good not fake.

I don't really think I could ever think of plastic surgery being "classy" lol, but it does not have to be trashy! I know what you mean though ;) I think some people can get tasteful and/or subtle procedures that "enhance" their beauty instead of completely changing a feature. I definitely think doctors should be doing a lot more psychological screening before procedures though because there are a lot of people abusing plastic surgery for a variety of reasons and those are the ones who usually look completely destroyed or "trashy."

Plastic surgery is only trashy when people get 35 procedures & still think that surgery is only way to keep their confidence up. i have broken my nose 5 times playing sports & i was ordered by doctors to get a nose job to correct my breathing problem which caused migraines. i told my doctor to keep my nose natural looking. :)

Amen Claire! It's none of my business what's right for one person or wrong and its no ones business what may or may not be enhanced on my body ;) also .. food for thought, if its not ok and not classy to have a permanent alteration done to the body, why is it ok to do non permamnent altering such as makeup or even ear piercing? What's the difference? its ok to change the texture of hair from straight to curly or curly to straight or even color but fixing a bigger nose is wrong? It's ok to wear fake lashes or mascara, but if a bust is bigger than what life granted, that's trashy? Let's all be natural? Then we shouldn't fix ourselvess up at all, cover our acne, put gloss on, or even wear padded or pushup bras. I'm just saying those of you that toot be natural are kinda making backhanded rules for yourselves of what's ok and not ok, and then imposing it on others..... not to mention I bet 90% of you alter your appearance in someway shape or form whether it be hair, makeup, or a good bra. And no one questions whether you do it for fun or insecurity. If it isn't directly hurting you, or anyone for that matter, why would you care what Soneone else does with their body and appearance or why?

Furthermore, why does the woman who had her breasts removed due to cancer get to choose any size replacements she wants, but its trashy for someone from the IttyBittyTitty Committee to choose larger breasts. Saying that only those deemed medically necessary deserve plastic surgery is like saying only people with no ears get to wear contacts because if you have ears you can wear glasses and to choose contacts is vain and colored contacts, well that's not only vain but trashy.

yes it is your body but I would want people to compliment me on what I currently have. . not had done.

Depends, I personally would never ever go under the knife for vanity purposes! If you have it done by a reputable surgeon and looks natural then it could look ok obviously, but if it's looking fake then yeah cheap.lol
