I'd also say Revlon's color stay or Loreal's true match ate your best bets for drugstore foundations.

Revlon Colorstay is SO thick!! I used it for a while but had to return it... My skin is combo/oily and the foundation that I am currently using that has GREAT reviews but not they hype I expected, is Covergirl Outlast 3-in-1 Foundation! It is supposedly a primer, foundation, and sunscreen all in one! I love it. The finish is just the perfect amount of matte and when I wear 1-2 layers it feels like nothing is there, but the coverage is great! Now I just have to find the right shade...
