I would recommend going to a dermotologist because they know what's best for you and your skin type. Trust me when I was in High school it was a life saver. She prescribed me with antibiotics, birth control and two topical ointments, one for night and one for the morning. I still use them sparingly and they really cleared up my skin! Best decision I've ever made. Great skin is a huge confidence booster

Salicylic acid, witch hazel, tea tree oil, or benzoyl peroxide. But benzoyl peroxide stings a little because it bleachs and kills the bacteria. Also try to wash your face right after a game.

I had basically the same. And at the mall they have these stands where they sell dead sea products. They may be expensive but they work really good. The blue cleanser and a white lotion i cant remember the names but if you do get it. The lotion says to take off. But i leave it on over night and it makes my face soft and clean and i can just put make up on over it ^_^ hope this helps a little

Get a toner. It is usually he second step to a cleansing routine. I started using Clinique acne solutions a year ago and the toner / clearifying lotion really got rid of my acne scars! No matter what you hear about acne scars never going away, mine did! So if you are willing to spend the money Clinique has great facial programs made for clearing skin! Hope that helps! Good luck!

Most pills that help with acne would be birth control because it lowers ur hormones and reduces pimple and black head production

also, a quick and easy way to heal acne scars is to rub witch hazel all over your face with a cotton swab or cotton pad morning and night.

This may sound weird, but try diaper rash cream! It's basically a zinc oxide cream which is great for acne and redness. It broke me out the first few days but my skin got a lot better within a week. I use Aveeno Baby and Burt's Bee's :) The latter is really drying though.

When your done with your sports always remember to wash your face really good and you can use baking soda its really good you pour 2 teaspoons of baking soda in a bowl i suggest arm and hammer but it dosnt really matter then you pour half as much water into the bowl then you stir it up if the paste looks to watery add a little more baking soda then apply it to the face leave it on for at least 15 minutes and rinse your face do this twice a week in about 2 weeks you will see a difference you can also buy this cream called Benzoyl Peroxide it helps remove pimples alot faster good luck

I have strange skin where I will breakout for no reason. I've learned to control it for the most part, and my tricks are everytime I sweat, even if its a little, I wash my face. for big breakouts, wash your face, then use a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol on it and dab at the worst of it. let the alcohol dry then always finish off with a moisturizer that is made specifically for your oily skin. hope this helps.
