I learned at Gary Manuel that the best powder for oily skin is mineral powder. It is the lightest, and let's the skin breathe. That's what's currently being taught to makeup artists at the high end schools.

Corn starch. Keeps my oily skin matte all day and it's dirt cheap. Doesn't irritate skin. Try it! You'd be amazed at how well it works
