Pink and blue has to go over a really pale color. If you don't want to bleach I recommend a decolorizer. It's less damaging

You have to bleach it. Pink(hot pinks & magentas) and purples dont need a very pale blonde, just a relativly light color. light pinks, blues and pastels need a VERY pale blonde.

Special Effects is good if you want a long lasting color, it can only be bought online & maybe some local smoke shops. Manic Panic & Jerome Russel Punky Colour is good if you wanna change it up, they both fade pretty quick with the exception of a few colors in their lines. Manic Panic is at Sallys Beauty Supply, Hot Topic & Spencers
Punky Color is at Ulta. Spalt!RebeliousColor is good for long lasting colors as well & come with bleach and gloves, and can be bought at WalMart & other drugstores. Also, ive heard Le Riche Directions is good, but ive never used it.
