Recently my lips have become very chapped. I've never really had this problem before. I always dab on Eos or some type of lip balm. But my lips feels very weird . Any suggestions or good lips moisturizers or exfoliators ?

one thing about chapped lips is that its basically built up dry dead skin on your lips and it cracks and peels very easily.
I use a DIY exfoliator scrub which I use in a cleaned out lip gloss tub.
all it is is Vaseline and ground cinnamon.
they are both totally safe for your lips. I usually just eyeball my measurements.. but I LOVE the effects cinnamon does to my lips so I use a lot of cinnamon. if you don't like the sensation then try a little at first then add more for your comfort level
slather the mix onto lips.
using a soft bristle toothbrush, GENTLY rub the balm into your lips. the cinnamon does not absorb into the Vaseline so you can feel the powder.
this really smoothens and rejuvenates my lips. plus you can't go work with the natural flush and plump effect from the cinnamon ;)
after you are done wiping everything off with a damp cotton ball, use your favorite lip balm moisturizer.
my all time favorite is regular ole cherry ChapStick. I cannot live without it.
:)

Chapsticks are terrible for you. Use sugar and olive oil and a tooth brush. Exfoliate your lips. Then use just vaseline every night before bed.

I use sugar and honey. Mine get to the point to wear they are flaky and it's gross. I also use this night time stuff I think it's neutragina. I personally don't like to use Vaseline because I feel like its really heavy even with a little amount. I like soft lips and baby Lips.
