i have under eye bag and i dont like makeup so no coccelar or foudatuion and nothing to expanseve so helllpppp

There's not much you can do about eye bags without spending some money. You could try sleeping on your back or taking allergy pills though, which will help a lot. You can also put a spoon in the fridge at night and use that under your eyes in the morning. But it won't get rid of them 100%, so really concealing them is the best you're going to get
