I keep saying it in every thread but Wet N Wild and Jesse's Girl are both just amazing. Essence and Jordana are not cruelty free but I used to like them a lot too. :]

I really like Jordana's black eye liner. NYC is pretty decent. I usually stick to Covergirl and Maybelline for inexpensive makeup.

E.l.f. Has a really good tinted moisturizer, and their matte eyeshadows are really nice, plus a lot of their palettes have natural shades in them. Their waterproof eyeliner pen is also really nice because its a really skinny felt tip! You can order it from their website and target has them too. They are so affordable!

Maybelline has a great powder foundation that has SPF 20, which I use when I want a natural look. It offers a light coverage and sun protection, I love it!
