Help! every time I wear eyeshadow I get pink eye

So I've had this issue for a few months. Every time I wear my eye shadows (MAC and Lauder) by the end of the day my eyes get red and stay red for days. They ooze too. So I figure it's pink eye. I've had these shadows for years.
I thought maybe its because my brushes and eyeshadows are dirty so I've cleaned them lots of times with soap then alcohol. But every time I use them I still get pink eye. Mascara and eyeliner doesn't do this to me. I
Is it possible I'm allergic or are my eyeshadows and tools too contaminated to be saved.

Get rid of the eye shadow. It's gone off.

You need to throw away the shadows/any eye products you've used as soon as your notice your eye oozing.
It's possible that you may be allergic to an ingredient in the shadows, even though they're high end.

Yeah I guess deep down inside I knew they weren't good anymore. It's just starting all over again is going to suck my wallet dry 😣. Thanks you two.
