Balance out your diet. Dot binge eat on anything because that's the worst thing you can do! Make sure to eat a lot of fruit, vegetables, drink water and do lots and lots of exercise like running!

The best diet i have tried in my life is a book called Shred The revolutionnary diet you will loose in average 20 pounds in 6 weeks (which is enormous), it tells you everything to eat each day by giving several choices its suuuuuper easy, no recipies needed (its like sandwiches, smoothies, chicken, fish) by Dr Ian Smith!!

According to my doctor you are suppose to eat every 3 to 4 hours. Not like meals but appetizers to keep your mat abolish going. The faster your mat abolish us the quicker you burn fat and the fat stays off. Cut out junk food completely. I have a struggle with that but I hold back. You also need to exercise, run 20 minutes a day and that gets the fat burning and your cardio. It betters every part of your body. Core, cardio, butt, thighs, and calves. It really is one of the best(:

Also try to follow the rules of food combining... It helps me a lot! Just google 'food combining' and see how different foods go together well at meals. Starch and protein, for example, are bad together and promote weight gain. It might be confusing at first but if you follow it, you will not have to diet at all! Also, exercise!! :) Good luck!
