How can I stop/get rid of ingrown hairs?

Exfoliate your skin before you shave. (either a lotion specified to do so or with a loofa). If you've already shaved and it is too sensitive to exfoliate, rub baby oil on your skin to calm it down. this work for me when I shave my legs. if you are experiencing them elsewhere, just take special care to keep the skin clean, especially before you go to sleep at night or after exercising.

If none of that helps you, make sure you are getting enough vitamin A and E. After I started taking in more vitamins, I noticed a dramatic decrease in frequency of blemishes and my old scars began to heal. I was shocked.
