what is the best solution for dandruff and dry sclap ?

I suffer from this, it's unbelievable and disgusting in my eyes. I use apple cider vinegar hair mask and cider vinegar hair rinse after you shampoo. Mix 1/3 part cider vinegar in hot/warm water in a bottle. Then use it and leave on your hair as a sort of hair conditioner, make sure to focus on your scalp where your dry flakes show up most.
