My hair is a little bit above my boob and it use to be around my belly button. I cut it because it was really damaged, but not it's taking forever to grow back. Any tips?

same here. I've been taking these pills called hair skin and nails. I got them from the vitamin shop and they were inexpensive. they work too. but make sure u take them on a full stomach. also, massage ur scalp often to release the natural oils before u shower. the healthier ur hair the faster it will grow.
