I like the foundation but it's too pink for my yellow-toned skin. I don't want to throw it out and I can't return it... What can I do with it? I don't want to waste it.

I feel this! Except im olive and I have to tone down yellow foundations . I either blend it down onto my neck so it doesn't look so bad, or sometimes play with ashy or blue tinted setting powders to tone down the yellow.
If you can find a loose powder with a greenish tint, it could really help. Or, you could find maybe a green color correcting primer to mix into your foundation to make it as neutral as possible.

Definitely use it elsewhere but not as your all over foundation. If you ever feel your skin is too yellow it can cancel some of that out but only use it in the center part of your face and end it into a foundation that is a perfect match on the perimeter of your face so you don't have foundation lines.

If its just a shade darker use a lighter powder over the top to even it out. it also stops it from looking greasy

If its darker than mix with your facial moisturizer, it lightens it.
