Full coverage liquid concealer?

What's a good low priced, full coverage liquid concealer? I have VERY dry skin, so I'm hoping that liquid makeup will help with that, or at least not make it worse. I also turn VERY red when I blush (which is often) and when it's hot, and I have pretty noticeable acne, so I really think something full coverage will help. The only place near me to by makeup is Walmart, so keep that in mind while making suggestions. Thanks. :)
